Responsibilities
What you will do:
• Contact new and current customers to sell company products
• Listen to customers' needs and answer their queries about the product and deal with complaints and resolve them
• Collect customer data
• Keep up with and follow up on all new services and products
• Follow-up customers throughout the service to make sure you receive the product and assess and know how satisfied customers are about the product
What you will need:
• 2 years of experience at least
• Excellent presentation and Negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good in English
• Very good command in Microsoft Office including Excel and Wor
