Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to create designs that meet marketing goals.
Ensure brand consistency by following brand guidelines and incorporating brand elements into designs.
Help develop and maintain the company's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery.
Create and update brand assets, style guides, and templates to support marketing and communication initiatives.
Design graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website content, and online advertisements.
Design print materials, such as brochures, posters, business cards, and event collaterals.
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper color calibration, resolution, and format for professional printing.
Enhance and retouch images to improve visual appeal and ensure consistency.
Prepare and direct periodic projects to create company propriety images and visuals instead of using stock images to complement designs.
What you will need:
3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
Familiarity with print design processes and specifications.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
