We are looking for a Sales and marketing operation manager for one of the largest advertising/ marketing companies in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/ communication campaigns ( Social media ).
- conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
Requirements:
- The basic requirement is to own a car.
- BS degree.
- Ready to join immediately
- Proven experience as a Sales operation manager or similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques.
- Excellent users of MS Office and marketing software ( CRM ).
- Excellent communication skills.
Work condition:

• Creating conceptual designs for marketing campaigns using computer software like Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Coordinating with clients to ensure that all their needs are met.
• Leads, motivates, and develops the design team.
• Provides insightful, creative executions that positively impact a client’s business.
• Establishing timeframes for projects and working closely with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Presenting design concepts to clients for approval.
Requirements:
• BS degree.
• 3 years of experience at least.
• A strong ability to concept and execute multiple ideas quickly.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Highly skilled in learning a team of creatives.
• strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.
• Experience in broadcast and video production is a plus.
